I would NOT recommend Bed Bathroom and Beyond

I've been a customer of Bed Bathroom and Beyond for many years and an online consumer since the company closed local stores. At kickoff, orders were shipped as promised. Lately, the packaging is poor and trade is damaged. Now orders are on hold as FedEx is waiting for the packages. This is a trouble for the by twelvemonth. I wish I had googled bed bath and across prior to spending $1,000 on a broken daybed. I volition never shop there once again and I am telling everyone I tin to avert them. Nosotros get it and the boxes are desperately ripped open and the acme of the backrest is sticking out uncovered and unprotected and the hardware package wasn't taped to the forest, was ripped open up and a lot of information technology missing. It was Not packaged well at all and is the primary reason information technology was delivered damaged!! Non entirely the aircraft companies fault. There is a huge gash in the box and nothing effectually it to protect it.

I said that I didn't desire to look. She said the original person (Ann) will get back to y'all via email equally she would notify her and notation my interaction with her on April 12th. More emailing to the blackness hole that is customer service there, with no response. It doesn't even look like a real email and when I answer it goes to me. I would never trust them by mailing information technology back to them and hope to get our money back.
Then, our two choices are to drive 4 hours to the closest large city and return information technology to the store and hope we'll get all of our money back or go along it equally is and go buy the hardware to try to put it together damaged. Nosotros love it and merely want some of the replacements and would be happy. Thank God I didn't purchase the smaller one at that place too!!! I bought a full size different daybed at Dwelling house Depot and it arrived speedily and had a hole in the box just the bed itself is in perfect condition because information technology was packaged properly. I idea that they were a reputable store and am so shocked that they don't intendance about their reputation and their customers! I will NEVER purchase from BB&B again

I will NEVER buy from BB&B once again. What horrible feel and a huge waste of my time. Long story short, my order was delayed by the carrier merely instead of them contacting the carrier, they only told me to wait. Later waiting a couple of weeks, I contacted FedEx 3 times times to determine where the package was. I was told information technology was damaged 1 day and lost another mean solar day. After a few days they delivered an opened, really vanquish upward box with the item clearly damaged. BB&B had FedEx option upwardly the parcel from my house simply they refused to issued a refund until the bundle arrives at their warehouse. I placed an society on Sunday, March 20 2022 through the bed Bath and beyond website 1 of the items on my order was unavailable, so ane of the representatives Ms. Pradilmar from customer service aforementioned 24-hour interval order contacted me regarding this issue. Ms. Pradilmar suggest me upon checking on my club she realize my refund was brusque $43, and I should notify the store at 850 Third Ave then they could rectify this result. I advise her that I called earlier in the day to ostend that they receive my order, and the manager on duty placed me on hold and never return back to the phone or rectified my issue. So due to that incident I requested that she stays on the telephone with me while I recall the store so they could rectify this upshot. I than called the shop and one of the customer Service representative in the shop, Ms. Teresa answered the phone and was extremely unprofessional giggling and talking to her other coworkers while she had myself and Ms. Pradilmar on hold listening to her entire groundwork. When she did render to the phone I ask to speak to a supervisor and she told me that she will be the one to aid me.
After i explain the situation to her well-nigh the manner I purchased the item, and original grade of payment would not be able to be returned back to the menu due to me using Klarna, She replied with a very loud and aggressive tone (I can't return the refund to Klarna and the Store is closing in ix minutes I don't take time for this). I kindly ask Ms. Teresa to lower her voice and stop being so hostile on the phone with me I'1000 going to become my Credit bill of fare so the refund could be returned back to information technology. She continued in which the customer service representative had to interrupt her multiple times and ask her to finish talking to the customer in that tone and lower her voice, she continued existence very aggressive to myself and Ms. Pradilmar. I than ask Ms.Teresa for her name and she replied once again ( I'm closing in nine minutes and I don't have time for this I'm not giving yous my proper name. I than ask Ms Teresa to speak to a managing director and she hanged upwardly the phone on myself and Ms. Pradilmar. I returned the recollect to the store with Ms. Pradilmar from customer service on a three way telephone call, someone answered the phone and identify me on concord without saying annihilation or greeting me. I than phone call for a third time and someone placing me on hold again. I was hold for most iv Minutes earlier someone answered the telephone. In which that person claiming to be a supervisor and did not introduced herself. I expressed my situation to her and my frustration and she brushed me off before putting me on hold, and coming back to the phone ix minutes after talking to Ms. Teresa. And Stating to me that the representative Ms Teresa said that I was lying instead of rectify my issue for what I originally called for. Ms. Pradilmar interrupted the chat and explained to the manager that she was on the phone for the entire chat and Ms. Teresa was extremely disrespectful to the customer, and we should focus on the refund instead of telling me what the sales representative said considering that was not what I call for that is not what transpired. The call got disconnected whit the managing director and my situation was even so not rectified with the shop and so Ms. Pradilmar had to override the arrangement and fix my issue due to the negligence and the unprofessionalism from that store.

The customer service I received today from this store 850 third Avenue and the sale rep Ms.Teresa that represents this store was disgusting unprofessional and very hurtful. I'g an extremely loyal customer to bed bath and beyond for years , and volition non stand up for the disrespect and someone belittling me due to not being happy where they work. She needs to be pulled off the floor considering her customer service skills is very unprofessional and disrespectful. She's going to keep to treat loyal customers this mode. The client service experience I received today I would no longer similar to exercise business concern with BedBathAndBeyond going forwards and volition close my credit card with this visitor I was embarrassed and frustrated with the running around and the disrespect from the shop.

2 of the three 24 oz jar candles I ordered arrived completely destroyed to the point where the candles themselves were laying apart from their drinking glass containers. The containers were broken into thousands of pieces of glass. I have no idea how 1 survived intact. None of these candles were wrapped in bubble wrap withal I as well ordered the the two-wick candles with the wooden lids and both of those candles arrived in a seperate package and were completely wrapped in bubble wrap.

I was told past a client service representative that each Warehouse has there own way of shipping things. I let the customer representative know that this leaves me very concerned to guild anything that might be considered fragile in the future as I have no thought which Warehouse it maybe being shipped from. Obviously some BBB Warehouses take great care in aircraft your items while others simply place paper and a couple of air packets in a box of 3 big drinking glass candles in hopes that they won't interruption. I tin can't call back the last time I've actually ordered something online from BBB but this at present makes me hesitant to gild anything from them and have it delivered. BBB should accept a standardized way of shipping items, especially ones that are delicate, and that standard should be implemented in each of their Warehouses, flow. I am both disappointed and aroused at BBB. This is neither a fashion to care for your merchandise nor your customers.**

**I submitted this review to the Bed Bath & Beyond website and it was rejected as it did non meet "their guidelines". I went to BBB to purchase a coffee maker. They didn't take information technology in stock (first clue) so I paid and it was supposed to be delivered to my firm. The transaction was approved and paid before I left and I purchased $200 worth of other items. BBB never contacted me about the cancellation. No birthday gift for my married woman. I'll never store at BBB again. An accented garbage way to treat a customer. They are horrible.

Do not order from here. Bed Bath and Beyond Gift Bill of fare Scam

I was blown away with Bed Bath and Across's Gift Card Policy for online purchases. I have been a client for many years and have spent thousands of dollars in your retail and online store for my personal employ and gift card purchases for family and friends.

I was blown away when I tried to make a recent buy worth over $600 using gift cards and the items selected were not eligible for gift card use online per your policy because they were from their Marketplace vendors. I searched the website top to lesser including the gift cards page and I could not find any reference to this until I was checking out. So this policy is not clearly laid out on their website. When I chosen customer service, information technology took the Customer service representative walking me through how to access a small icon on the item page that I had to click on to obtain this data. I think this practice is very deceptive and fraudulent. It is a scam!!!!!

They promote their gift cards simply make it difficult for customers to use online which means the coin merely goes correct into your pocket without having to provide services or products in return. Many of the items on your website are not available in their retail stores and/or a retail location may non exist user-friendly to access for their customers. BBD customers beware!! I volition non ever purchase anything ever again from BBB.

Tried to buy a Kate and Laurel wall mirror as a souvenir. Had beveled edges and a white frame. Opened it upwardly. Two corner edges had at least i/8" gap and the corners looked bulged. It wasn't due to aircraft. The difficult paper-thin backing was glued over the cracks. I returned it. Then I tried to order the production a 2d time, which was a waste matter of time. Exact same trouble. Now I accept to render this one. Tin someone give me back my time and remove my trouble?!? Don't buy this product from Bed Bath and Across! Yous'll regret information technology. I but can't order from this awful run company online anymore. I have entered my info regarding an order that said information technology was delivered only I never received information technology. I had to keep reentering information technology, maxim they don't encounter information technology. Send me another road via phone. Can't go a real person.
